I love our tradition of going to Disneyland California Adventure Oogie Boogie Bash.
We don't go to Disneyland to often but this is one of the few times that I really enjoy going.
The kids remembered it from last year and did alot better than previous years.
David was tall enough to ride most kid rides this year which made it alot more fun for Lilah.
They kept asking me to take pictures of them.
This time we knew what do to a little bit better and knew where to start which helped things go easier.
Disney sure makes things magical and fun.
The kids loved the trick-or-treating station. They got loads of candy and some healthy stuff.
The villains were really fun too.
We had to take our annual picture with Mickey Mouse. We learned to go to Mickey and stand in line right AFTER the parade because if we go before, Mickey leaves and you are stuck with just Donald Duck.
This helped with not standing in such a long line.
David loved being spiderman this year.
I love when they are sweet and kind to each other.
We even got to go on new rides that we had never been on before.
The kids were really hard last year but this year they were in such a good mood and we didn't have too many melt downs. It was definitely my favorite Oogie Boogie bash yet!
It's so fun to have them match jammies.
Peek at those super dirty feet. Too much playing around outside.
My three minions.
Another even that we got to attend was the church's annual Trunk or Treat.
The kids had fun handing out candy. They didn't want to collect candy, just give it away.
I wasn't going to do a trunk but ended putting one together last minute.
We were super heroes this year.
For the actual day of trick or treating, my friend Robin met up with us as usual.
Annie loves being pushed around in the wagon. It was a beautiful evening.
Lilah giving Annie way too many kisses.
Annie was one happy camper.
As usual, we set candy out for the kids to grab out of the bucket.
Some of our neighbors went all out.
My neighborhood is really fun so we just walk around and do a couple of blocks. That's about all the kids can do anyway.
Annie eating the kids candy while they are not looking.
Some houses even had actors.
Lilah started crying and kept throwing tantrums. She ended up spiking a fever while we were out trick or treating and we had to leave early. She ended up missing a couple of days of school. It seems like my kids are sick every month these days.
She perked up for this random house and wanted to go trick-or-treating with her friend Ethan. My kids sure love Ethan. I am grateful for Robin's friendship and that our kids are so close.
Another Halloween in the books!
