We finally have a kindergartner in our home!
We had to have our annual in front of the door photoshoot.
Sweet little Annie woken up too early. She is such a good sport. We took Lilah for her first day of school.
Lilah has been going to this school for about a year and a half. She started during the pandemic doing online with her teacher and then was able to go to school before the year ended. The second year, she was with the same preschool teacher. This year, she is in the classroom next door with Ms. Lori.
Lilah loves school.
David is sure going to miss having his best friend home all day.
She was a little nervous because Ms. Stefanie was not there. But, when she saw her little friend Joanna, her friend held her hand and they went in together. I'm so grateful she has the cutest friends.
Now it's back to just the three of us.
Annie fell asleep saying a prayer, hehe.
Lilah started ballet.
She loves her ballet leotard and shoes.
It's the first time she does an extracurricular activity.
Pictures with Annie ofcourse.
Lilah is so skinny her skirt just fell right off, haha!
Lilah drew a pizza. It's the first time I see her draw something she is copying off of.
Peek a boo, Annie.
Another one of my classes finished off their term.
It's been so fun teaching the preceptorship class over at Riverside University Health System.
Their last day of clinical. All they have to do now is pass their Exit exam so they can take their NCLEX.
I had some of these girls for my first clinical I ever taught. It was so fun to have them back again.
Another meal at work while pumping.
I love making this chicken meal. So yum!
Annie sleeping in her bassinet.
Baby check-up. Annie failed her newborn hearing screen so we are all set up to get her hearing aids. She already got her molds now we are just waiting on the actual aids.
Annie has been loving trying new foods.
Home-made pizza. This year I have really enjoyed making homemade foods. Eating out no longer tastes good. Plus with inflation right now, eating out is way too expensive.
Annie loves being held. Thankfully sometimes she'll sit in her carrier and enjoy watching me clean the house.
David in his big boy bed. Wearing his Woody cowboy boots.
Annie has started eating more solids, as you can see.
Annie me watching me do the floor in our hallway.
I love when I catch the kids being kind to each other. It's my favorite thing ever.
I also love when Lilah is in a cleaning mood. She usually destroys the entire house so it's so nice when she helps out for a change. She does a great job!
David helping me with the floors.
Sometimes when Annie is fussy, I'll sit her in front of the door and she'll sit there and watch the dogs run by.
She loves watching the dogs.
David sharing too many toys with Annie.
They both thought it was hilarious. David loves Annie so much and Annie sure loves him back!
We love our amazing California weather where we can go outside to play most days of the year.
Lilah in ballet. She's pretty naughty most days and won't listen to the teachers but we'll see how long she lasts. Hopefully atleast a month before we get kicked out becase she's crazy.
Kisses for baby sister.
I love when Lilah dresses up. She's so funny!
Lilah took these pictures. She had my phone and was taking pictures of the kids in the back.
There were about 6 babies born in our ward within months of each other. Gatherings are pretty fun.
Lilah at her friend Georgie's birthday party.
I love when the kids recognize Grandma's plaque on the missionary wall.
Mike makes great dinners. This was delicious!
Bed full of kiddos.
Now that I don't work on 9100 anymore, it's fun running into old friends.
The new hospital.
David going off to deliver chicken noodle soup to our sick neighbor.
Making fresh loaves of bread to go with our soup.
Picture of Annie taken by Lilah.
The kids being nice to each other because they want something from me probably.
On our way to deliver food to our neighbor.
Photo taken by David.
My new year's resolution this year was to eat more colorful meals. I loved that this is now the new normal in our home.
David has been pretty proud of all of the crafts he has been doing at preschool.
Annie's gummy smile is my favorite. She doesn't have any teeth yet and it's the cutest.
I love food apparently hehe.
I have a picture of Lilah sitting here and it's so fun to see them grow and eventally not fit under the cabinets.
This was such a fun day outside. The weather was great and the kids were playing without fighting and just using their imagination building with their magnetic tiles.
I love moments like this when the kids are happy and not fighting. It's the best!
