This month, Lilah go to go to her friend's birthday party. It was a princess party and she was so excited to dress up with her friends.
Annie loves watching her reflection in the swing. She'll just chill there and watch the kids play.
Another day, another walk.
Annie is finally starting to have a rhythm to her days. It's so nice to be able to plan my days a little better versus just waking up and sleeping all day long.
I love watching my babies sleep.
I've been trying to eat the rainbow with every meal. Here's my attempt at a vegetarian lunch.
The weather has been so cold lately. We have been using our sweaters inside the house. The utilities have been increasing so much every month, it's crazy!
Annie wearing Lilah's hand me downs. I love seeing her in Lilah's clothes. It's a reminder that she is still so little but will very quickly grow out of this stage.
The other day I left Mike with the kids and came back to see Annie be part of the gang. Mike had strapped her in the bike buggie and taken her with them to the park to ride bikes.
The Stewart gang
David is always asking to fly a kite. Here he is making his wishes come true.
While Lilah is at school, I hang out with these two.
2 month old Annie
For my birthday, I bought tickets to the Carlsbad Flower Fields.
We hadn't been here since Lilah was a couple of months old.
They had the cutest playground for the kids.
It was so cold, that I took Annie into a big barn house to warm up a bit.
Lilah had been throwing a fit before this. I told her to take a picture so we can send to her grandma. This is what she came up with.
The mandatory family picture.
Lilah was throwing another fit when we were taking this picture so she didn't make it in with us.
She's behind the camera girl on the floor rolling around screaming. Oh joy.
Since Lilah was not in the mood for pictures, we just did the boys here.
The entire fields were not in full bloom but this part of the field was. I had never gone there this early in the year. I guess as Spring goes by, they plant the fields in sections. So smart.
David was at least in a better mood than Lilah. The entire car ride here was rough. The kids are not very good in the car still. I can't wait until I can put on a movie for them and they will actually watch it.
In the maze.
They were in here for a little bit but they did a good job finding their way out.
Both kids were crying that they wanted to be in the stroller so they took Annie's spot. Thank you for being a good sport, Annie!
Lilah not having it with the pictures.
They had a cute little roadmap for the kids to go around collecting stamps. They enjoyed doing this.
I wished my backyard looked like this. All of the flowers were so beautiful.
This is as good as it got with Lilah posing. People were looking at us because Lilah was being such a brat. Oh, boy Lilah!
I'm so glad we got to experience the flower fields with our little Annie. Such a bummer that it was cold and windy and the kids were a total nightmare. But, it was still a fun birthday celebration regardless. The fields are just so beautiful and the kids perked up a bit after the tractor ride. These little ones are sure hard right now with all of their big feelings. I'll be excited for them to get a little older so that road trips can actually be fun. But anywho, Happy 33rd birthday to me!
