Sesame Street Place

I won this super amazing package where we got tickets to Belmont Park, the swimming pool, Sea World and Sesame Street.

I never win anything so I was beyond excited. We have slowly been using our tickets and going to different places. Everything is so pricey right now with inflation so it was so awesome to get to go to all of these fun places.

It's hard for Mike and I to have days off together but we finally managed to have the same day off so we headed out to Chula Vista.

I didn't realize it'd be so cloudy and probably not the best day to go to a waterpark but we were there already and we didn't know if we'd have another day off together before the tickets expired.

The kids were little troopers and still got in the water even though it was only about 75 degrees.

They had this cute water area and free life jackets for the kids.

They had a fun little parade.

We did all of the water slides first. They had big kid water slides also but we stayed in the small kid area. They were still working on the splash pad so we didn't get to go in that but it would be fun to come back and check it out.

David loved taking pictures with Elmo. Lilah could've cared less.

When we were done and too cold for the water park area, we went and enjoyed some rides. Lilah really wanted to go on the roller coaster. I told her she wouldn't like it but she insisted.
Her face says it all.

David on the other hand, loved every minute of it and wanted to ride it over and over again.

We had a great time and were so grateful to have been able to go. The kids loved dancing with the characters and had a great time.

They wanted to purchase all of the things from the souvenir shop but thankfully they were ok with me just taking pictures of their toys.

Oh and some random pictures. We're pretty sure David was bit by a spider. His ear was HUGE. It was so big, it was hanging down low.

He was a little embarrassed by it and did not appreciate me taking a picture.

It was so red and hot. Poor guy!

Random family pictures. I love these kids SOOO much!

We have been curling Lilah's hair around her leggins and it looks so cute for school!

No heat curls :)

We met up with my friend Robin at the library for their summer grand opening.

I love the look Annie is giving her.

Annie was ready to relax.

So many fun activities to do.

I am so grateful we live a 15-minute walk from the library.
