On the third day of our vacation we headed over to Xplor! On the reviews it had looked amazing and I was pretty excited about it. I thought Michael would love it since it was all outdoor fun. I read that the zip lines took the longest so we decided to head over and do the ziplines first. The lines were not long like I had anticipated. They kept everything moving along. There were a TON of ziplines.
The very fist one we went on was SOO scary. I hadn't anticipated being so nervous about jumping off. The little girl that was in front of us started crying and the guy just kind of pushed her off, haha! So I decided to just suck it up and jump my self.
They had us go together, which was good because I was getting really nervous since it was SO high up.
As soon as you were off one zipline, you went up the stairs and went down another one.
The second time around it wasn't as scary and I was able to enjoy it alot more.
I loved how excited Mike was!
He was having a blast
We were walking across the bridge to the other zipline and I was too scared to let go, hehe
The bridge was so shaky!
The ziplines were wicked fun!
And ofcourse, we got a little bit of rain
This time we were wearing a swim suit so getting wet was not a problem.
The views from the top were so awesome! This place was incredible
You would zipline through the jungle, above water, through caves, way fun!
I was so amazed with this place
Soaring on top of the jungle!
Here comes Michael!
The views were so beautiful on top of the zip line towers.
Some zip lines went down into the water and you got your butt wet
After going in the water we ended up inside a cave
And if you weren't wet enough, they had you go through water falls.
Just standing in line with Bambi and his mom walking past us, no biggy
Our tickets included free lunch too. We were having so much fun we almost forgot to eat
After lunch we went and did the river rafts through the caves
The caves were so amazing
They gave us little paddles, it was a little tricky navigating your way through the water. Lots of bumping into the walls :)
I couldn't believe how cool this place was
Woohoo!
Had to take a picture with this cool wall full of stalagmites
Limestone cave
There was a waterfall coming out from the top of the cave, the water felt so fresh
After doing the river rafts we went and did some off roading on the ATVS
Once again, it was super fun and the roads were amazing
View from the road
There were two different roads you could drive on so I drove first
We had to go over the bridge, I thought we were going to fall off I was driving like an old lady
The roads also went inside caves. Sometimes there were huge water puddles which was really fun to go fast on
Going through water and getting splashed
Next it was Mike's turn. He was a crazy person driving. He LOVED the ATVs
He was going so fast I thought we were going to pop a tire
Crazy boy off roading
He wasn't paying attention to the signs, slow down Mike! :)
Back on a different bridge
Inside a cave
Michael really wanted to go on the ATVs again. He had a great time driving around. I wanted to go swimming in the caves though. That was the last thing that we hadn't done so we decided to go and finish everything before we ran out of time.
Awesome caves
The water was a little cold at first, but we got used to it in a minute
The water was clear and they had lights so you could see through the water.
We took the short route which led to a big waterfall
Just in case we weren't wet enough, we were now
Water coming from the top
Xplor was so much fun! It definitely did not disappoint. The place was amazing and all of the rides were super fun. I was so happy to see how much Mike was enjoying it. Next time we come back we'll have to go visit Xcaret and Xelha I bet those are awesome too
