Something that I've missed with Lilah's school being so far away is going on field trips with her and volunteering in her class. That is something that they don't do at her school and I totally wish I had the opportunity to go with her.

For David's school, I finished all of the requirements to volunteer and have been able to be on campus with him for a couple of occasions. His teacher invited me to be a volunteer for his first field trip and I was so excited to get to experience this with him.
We love Gardenworks but it was a different experience to get to go with his classroom.
It was also so fun to get to know his classmates and see him in the school environment.
I was able to meet those little friends he talks about when he gets home.
The kids had a great time.
Gardenworks is such a special place that I've gotten to take all of my kids to.
The kids planted their own plants (Which I managed to keep alive for a record amount of time, I should add)
It was a successful field trip and we all had a great time!
