Officially, official

Yippie! It's official now. I was beginning to think that maybe I had looked up another Joanna Stewart on the BRN website. What if I actually failed and I've been celebrating all this time? Hehe. While I was at work yesterday I told Mike to check our mail and lo and behold I had received my RN license. It's so surreal still, but am I really an RN? Now the hard part begins, finding a job. I was told that some positions would open up in the neurology unit where I used to work. I'm hoping they pop up in the next couple of weeks. I would love to stay in Pediatrics where I am right now but they only hire twice a year, which means I'm stuck waiting until April. I'll have to suck it up and get a job in adults and see where things go from there. I have a lot of friends in the neurology unit and one of my mentors works there too, so I think I'll be okay if I get a job there. Also, maybe I could work every Saturday like I used to so I don't have to miss church every third weekend. For now I am ready to go with my resume and cover letter just waiting for a spot to open up, wish me luck!
