My little Lilah. She acts like such a grownup most days that I forget she is still little.
Her cute toothless grin.
I'm reminded of how little she is when she wears pigtails.
Lunch from the school. I love any time I get free food!
The kids are always stealing my phone and taking selfies. I LOVE their little faces so dang much!
Annie playing with a box. Nothing cuter than kids using their imagination. It makes me so sad that my kids don't even play with toys anymore.
She played here for the longest time.
And she also loves playing with her dollies.
Selfies after cutting their bangs.
3 year old Annie

I wonder how long it'll be until I can't put him on my hip anymore. I love them being little so much. They are at such a perfect age right now.
I am grateful for good friends in our lives. Especially not living by family, I feel like we rely on friends so much.
Annie is only 3 but she has the cutest little best friend, Owen. I love their friendship so much.
More of the kitchen coming along. It was so nice getting the sink it. Washing the dishes in the bathroom was not fun.
My sweetest students gave me flowers and a badge reel on the last day. They were such a fun group.
So cute!
Eating out is so expensive now a days that it feels like such a big treat. The kids love to go to the donut shop after Kung Fu.
Annie thinking about what messes she is going to make after she wakes up. Contact naps from your kids are worth a million dollars.
The kitchen is almost done! I made a mistake of loving my counters and wanting them to go up the backsplash. So, we had to order some more and start the process over again. I think it'll be worth it.
Annie opening the door while I'm trying to use the toilet. That stinker!
David loves playing games at grandma's house.
Annie's hair is getting longer and I love her little pigtails.
Lilah found Kumazi, her friend from school at the park and we walked around with him and took pictures of her cute outfit.
We were babysitting my sister's dog, Jax.
Annie loves dogs.
One of my good friends came down from Hawaii and I got to hang out with her for a while. Always great to visit with friends.
My 3 minions.
I've been trying to do better about spending one on one time with my kids. Here are Lilah and I at an antique store. These shoes reminded us of Papa.
Tio and Tia came down for Lilah's birthday.
She has the best aunt and uncle in the whole world!
Opening presents from Tio.
Spending alone time with David. We went out for Thai food. I love that he's adventurous and wants to try new things. I hope this is a thing for us where we got out on Mom and Son dates and try new food.
Lilah showing me her craft with her 3D pen.
She made a little comb.
We went and watched the movie Sonic at the Fox theater as a pre-celebration for Lilah's birthday. I can't believe she is going to be 8 years old already. She is so excited!
The Fox theater is this tiny super cheap theater in Banning that I always think will be closed but it has remained open for my little family to spend time together. I am constantly thinking of how to work more without being away from home because things are just so expensive these days. I also worry about my kids and making sure they are set up for success for the future. I swear all of my money goes to savings and their accounts.
I love that they're a little older now and outings are so much easier. I just love them so much!
Annie couldn't keep her eyes off the screen long enough for a picture hehe.
Lilah turned 8 years old! She woke up to balloons as per our family tradition.
She had fancy birthday pancakes in the morning.
We have been getting every thing ready for her baptism. We have family coming in from out of town and having a little celebration. It's going to be a fun time!
