Cherry Valley Festival

I think this is one of Mike's favorite activities to do around here. Every year he looks forward to going to the Cherry Valley Festival and getting a big spiralized potatoe. This year was the first year that Lilah got to ride some rides.

This was the first ride she went on. She loved it. I can still see her silly face as she was going around. It was a "i'm so embarrassed to be here face mixed with i'm having the best time of my life and never want to get off"

It was so fun seeing her go around. Look at that serious face pretending she's not having the time of her life. She cracks me up!

This was our next ride. She liked this one too.

Once we had run out of tickets I told Lilah that it would be the last ride we would go on and that we would have to leave after wards. I was SO surprised to see that there was no meltdown and she got off the ride and signed "all done" I was so impressed and proud of her! Specially because I knew that she could've gone on the boat ride 10 more times if I let her. 

As we were headed back for some treats we stopped and played in the playground for a bit because we were so proud of the way she had handled herself. There were ALOT of meltdowns from the other kids and she did so well. 

Here we are with a big fried potatoe and chillie cheese fries. Why are potatoes SO good! For breakfast, lunch and dinner. Potatoes all day every day.

It was a fun family night. I love when Lilah is so obedient. She was such a charm. Makes going out with her so pleasant.

My little David. This little boy is growing so fast. I fall more and more in love with him every day.

Always wanting to be close to her little brother. Lilah is such an itty bitty that i'm sure these two will be the same size in a couple of months.

And this baby is becoming such a little water lover just like sister. He is all smiles during bath time.
