Our valiant leader graduated from Pre-K
It was a very exciting day and she chose her cute pink dress for the special occasion.
Love the pose!
The teacher described all of the graduating kids. Lilah was described as "a force to be reckoned with" She was definitely spot on.
This petite, cute girl is as sassy and stubborn as they come!
It was so fun to be in her class and see all of the friends that she talks about.
Our cute little grad.
Her beloved teacher. Ms. Stefanie.
Now that I have a kid in school, I am so grateful for good teachers. Lilah was with Ms. Stefanie the past 2 years and loved her dearly.
Lilah was probably most excited about showing off her baby sister, Annie.
The whole gang got to come and celebrate Lilah.
I love that I get to hang out with these three everywhere we go, bathroom included haha!
One of Lilah's cute friends, Azul.
And her other friend, Genesis
So cute how much she loves her little friends.
After the graduation, we went and played in a nearby splashpad.
This picture had been from the first day of school.
On our way home, I stopped for some tacos and the kids had some french fries. It was a great ending to a great day!
Now that Lilah was done with summer school, she was able to join us on some playdates.
On this day we met up with a Beaumont moms playgroup to play at the splashpad.
The weather has been amazing (Thank you California) so the kids wanted some "Icies" like dad makes them.
Here the kids are delivering food to a family that just had a baby.
And our sweet little Annie just tagging along to all of our adventures.
Such a happy, easy baby!
It takes me a while to put Annie down for a nap. She thinks my boob is her pacifier and won't let go! So, the kids have gotten resourceful while I am away from 20 minutes trying to get her to sleep. On this occasion I found that David had made himself lunch. Not too shabby.
I'm enjoying all of the squishy, tiny cuddles from the little Miss.
I'm not sure what was happening in this pictures. Probably the kids being naughty. Most likely.
Lilah can be the best little helper some days.
It's such a nice change from her wrecking the entire house.
David said, "I made a temple"
Lilah teaching David to do all of the naughty things, like climbing on top of the house.
The best summer treat. Cold watermelon!
David got to go over for a play date to my friend Cristian's house. He loves his little friend, Freddy.
I've enjoyed baking bread. I always try to feed my little family as healthy as possible. Plus, David has really learned to love baking. He's almost memorized the bread recipe.
The kids doing activities with our recyclables. My favorite!
I love that they always want to help. They are not very helpful right now but hopefully they will still want to help when they are older.
Abuelita is always bringing the kids presents. They love it!
We got to go to the drive in movies! We hadn't been in years! We saw Top Gun Maverick. I got to listen to none of it because the kids were too loud and Mike missed most of it because the kids wanted to eat and the line at the concession line was too long. Man, kids are hard!
It was a nice memory though. Hopefully the kids enjoyed some of it. Lilah said she was cold so she went to the front of the truck. We thought she was just chilling and it turns out she had gotten a hold of a marker and pen and went to town on the seats. Needless to say I had to get the truck detailed. Oh, Lilah!
