After 4 1/2 months of doing school 8-10 hours every single day, I finally finished!
When I first asked Mike if I should do this, I told him it would be a crazy six months of me going to school but that I really wanted to do it in one term.
I had to hire help with cleaning the house because it was a total disaster and there was no way I had any time at all to clean it. I don't think my kids ate very many real meals during that time either. And my kids watched way more TV and screens that they probably have in their entire little lives. But, I thought, if I can just keep going, it'll be over faster and I can get to back to my family one day.
It was a hard few months. I am so grateful for Mike's help who literally took on ALL responsibilities in the house. I literally woke up and did school all day until Mike put the kids to bed and then I would do some more school.
The day I graduated, Mike wanted to go out and celebrate.
I decided going upstairs, eating yummy food and hanging out with my little family sounded like the perfect celebration.
I love these two little people so much. No one I would rather celebrate with than with them.
Cheers to Joanna Stewart MSN, RN!
The kids and I enjoyed the first outing without me having to take school with me. Man it sure felt good!
Cheers to being a Master!
