Summer, Winter, then Summer again.

This new year 2021 was so exciting that I don't have any pictures. I spent the new year's at work and Mike stayed home alone with the kids. Quite the exciting Holiday. I much rather spend Christmas with the kids so I try to work New Year's Eve. I was pretty thankful this year was over though. Can't believe we survived almost an entire year in quarantine due to COVID 19! I still can't get used to everyone wearing masks and everything being online. I always forget my mask until I am walking into the store and have to walk all the way back to my car for my darn mask.
Quarantine has brought many slow days at home though. That has been a blessing.
And I live for David's cuddles.

My glasses always fir crooked on my face. I have my kids to blame for that.

The weather was particularly warm in January. While everyone in Utah was freezing, we were outside playing water activities.

David's speech has been blossoming. I love to hear his little voice. He has been learning so many words.

The weather in January was so warm that we even decided to go on an adventure to the beach.

I loaded up the car and then loaded up the kids in the wagon and headed for the beach.

It's so exhausting and fun taking these kids out by myself. I'm glad that there's only 2 of them which makes it easy. Maybe one day we'll have some more and adventures will definitely be more challenging. I am trying to take advantage of only having 2 for now.

David sitting in his little chair with his legs crossed like he means business.

The kids had so much fun. I didn't know how cold it would be at the beach so I thought we would just go play on the sand. Turned out to be a beautiful day and we could've totally worn swim suits. Can't believe it was warm enough in January to be at the beach AND wear swim suits.

Lilah girl loves being in the water and will go all in if I let her. David won't be caught getting close to the water.

He much rather stay close to mom and play in the sand.

Putting that SPF on.

He did actually get close enough to the water to play with some foam.

Glad the kids are good that we can do fun things while daddy gets home from work.

And then the next week it was cold enough for jackets. What crazy

I try to do as least amount of screen time as I can and kick the babies to go play outside. I feel like their childhood will already be shortened by the crazy world so I want to elongate it as much as possible by making them play outside in the dirt.

My BEAUTIFUL baby girl!

Lately Lilah has been getting into my make up. She's a couple of years too early for that.

Another week we decided to go on another adventure to a knew park. This was such a cool park but it was definitely in the wrong side of town.

When we woke up it was cold so we wore long sleeves. You can tell by Lilah's face that it quickly got warm.

There was also a big pond so we went and watched the ducks swim.

David, don't show us your junk!

Okay, much better! Silly boy!

Another day the Churro truck was out by our park down the street so before I went in for work, we stopped by for some churros.

Love it when I catch Lilah helping me clean up. Here she is putting her clothes away.

And then there was more online school. I have loved how much David has learned this year from Lilah doing preschool from home. He really enjoys the songs, and has learned some letter and numbers. His favorite Letter right now is O. He points it out wherever we go.

My Butter boy turns 9 this year!

We both have white hairs now.

"Mom, take a picture of me!"
Gotta take advantage before she's a teenager and won't let me take pictures of her.

Lilah making Gus wear a tool belt she made for school. He's so happy, can't you tell?

Lilah's teachers is amazing when it comes to crafts. She sends home the cutest things.

Everyone always comments on how beautiful Lilah is. It's true. She is absolute stunning. I always think I should have her model.

My friend Cristian and I at work.

And then it got cold enough that is snowed!

Mike even built a snowman with the kids.

We've never had this much snow. It usually melts in a couple of hours but this snow lasted more than 2 days.

The next day the kids got to play with the snowman again. It was a little more melted but it was still there. I think it lasted 3 days.

I love this pictures of Lilah taking David's pants off and sitting him on the potty.

This is probably one of my favorite pictures of all time.

Every day I look on my phone and Lilah has 100 pictures of David and I just hanging out around the house. Here she caught me trying to workout.

Random picture of David.

I have alot of these pictures also.

These kids love bath time. I love their giggles while they play and splash and dump all of the water out.
