Oak Glen

Since Katie was packing up her house, I decided to take care of her little munchkins for the day so she could pack up her house without "help." Mike and I didn't go to a pumpkin patch this year so I at least wanted to go up to Oak Glen and have a little bit of a Fall experience since there are no seasons around here except Summer

I love Los Rios Ranch. They do such a good job at keeping the trails so clean and they are kid friendly too.
I promise the kids were a lot more excited than they look on this picture
It was fun to have Natalie join us too, I appreciated the help and the good chit chat

The kids loved walking around and exploring

Odin kept talking about the time he went to the Ranch with his cousins Gracie, Millie, and Conrad. Maybe when they come down for the Holidays we can go to the Ranch again.

The perks of living in California, you could be at the beach one day and on the mountains the next...
Love these two! Ridgey can now say my name "Nana" and makes sure to say it every chance he gets. It's so cute I can never say no to him

I love that this boy smiles with his eyes, he has the cutest smile ever
When I grow up, I want to be as beautiful as Natalie
The sun was in their eyes, but we HAD to get a pumpkin picture, sorry boys :)
Johnny Appleseed

We ended the day with treats from the shop and headed home.

Odin Turns 4

I can't believe little Odinator turned four. I LOVE that age. I wish sometimes I could give birth to a 3/4 year old. They come up with the randomest/funniest things. For his birthday party Katie got some jumpers for him. He was so happy!

Katie went all out cooking for the party, it was delicious! She had different sandwiches, pork, ham, turkey, and had like 3 different salads, and mac&cheese, and chips and on and on and on...

The birthday boy staying hydrated while running around, very important

Odin's best friend, Sawyer. It's pretty great because their moms are best friends too:)
Ryan was making paper airplanes for the kids and they were flying them in the back yard
This little boy would randomly come up to be and say "cheese" You're too cute, August!

We almost didn't have  a piƱata cause ants had gotten into the original one, thankfully a quick stop to Wal Mart saved the day. The kids had such a blast hitting that thing. It was mostly boys, so you could just imagine the delight when someone said they could beat something with a stick without getting in trouble.

This boy was having a blast!

Almost got wacked in the face with Spider Man

Erin's facial expression in these pictures had me laughing for days...

...And the expression in this little boy's face...absolutely prices less!

Then it was time to blow out the candles. I love his little shy smile. Such a mama's boy.
As 30 people are standing in front of him singing him happy birthday, haha
Make a wish!
Putting skittles on your cupcake is just so silly!
Ryan making more paper airlplanes
Cody would come up to me and ask me to take his picture and then wanted to see it on my camera, so photogenic!
Present time!

Odin LOVED the trash truck grandma gave him, he loves dump trucks, aka "bum trucks"

Odin'sbirthday was such a blast. His mama sure did a great job. We love you Odin!
