Conrad turns 8

Conrad turned eight! So glad we were able to make it for his baptism. We left Friday night and got there around 2AM Saturday morning. Slept for a couple of hours and went to Conrad's baptism at 9AM. In their ward they do Stake baptisms so there were some other girls in their white dresses getting ready to celebrate their big day too. It was such a nice program. Conrad's cousins played primary songs while he and his dad got ready.
Cousin love!

Bear hugs for everyone :)

Oh my goodness look at Ridge's smile, he is in love with his oldest cousin Drew.

My favoritests in-laws of all time with the eight year old

Here's Con with all of his grandfathers and even a great grandfather

Twins! Jill and Katie went matchy, matchy to the baptism. I didn't even notice until they took pictures together.

Sisters picture. We were missing Karin from Texas and Emily from..um Ohio?

Photobombers

Thanks to Studio C we had a couple of photobombers while trying to take pictures

Gracie got to be in the picture for getting caught photobombing

Conrad did such a great job, I hadn't even seen him in the picture until now, ha!

Thanks for the rabbit ears, Jill

My sisters are so much fun!

Elizabeth has an Amazing back yard, not only is it beautiful, it is also fun.

Elizabeth spoiled us rotten while we were at her house. All of my sister in-laws are such amazing cooks, just like their mama. She made us such yummy food.

In the afternoon the girls had soccer practice so we went to cheer for them.
Here are the cheerleaders

Even when you throw a tantrum with dirt on your face Odin, you are still cute. (Future blackmail)

Go Gracie, Go!

Good job Millie!

Here's Drew on the side lines

While having dinner we watched Studio C. It's a lot funnier to watch it with Tyler and hear him burst out in laughter.
Oh and our family LOVES to play Monopoly Deal.

Thanks so much for having us over Monsons and happy birthday to Conrad :)

Halloween at the Luna's

Our friends Elise and Zoram just purchased their first home and they invited us to their housewarming/Halloween party. Zoram was our realtor when we purchased our house so we were very excited for them.
Elise went above and beyond to decorate her house. She did such a great job. I wish my iphone had a better camera. All I have are blurry, bad lighted, pictures. Definitely doesn't do it justice. In the kitchen area she had a spider web on the ceiling, and the outside of her house looked like a cemetery.

After eating we had a donut eating contest. As you can see in this picture I'm totally cheating. I wasn't trying to though, I promise. I just kept smacking Mike in the face with the white powdered donut, kinda funny.

Michael has such a big mouth he put all the donuts in his mouth at once.

And he won! He almost chocked a couple of times but It was for the team, way to go Mikey! It was fun hanging out with friends. Friends+Food is always a great combo.

Harvest Festival and Dance

Last month we celebrated our ward's Harvest Festival. AKA Halloween party. We had combined wards and there was a ton of people. There was a chilli cook off, a salsa cook off, hot dogs and dessert. They had a trunk or treat also but we had to leave early because we wanted to make it to the Young Marrieds Dance. As you can see Mike and I were boring this year and didn't dress up. I can't wait till we have kids and have an excuse to dress up.

We were having so much fun with our friends at the Harvest Festival that we got there a little late to the dance. It was a black and white dance so we tried to be a little bit matchy, matchy.
Here's my preggo friend Amy and her husband David. I've never seen someone dance as crazy as David. I'm surprised he didn't dislocate a disk while dancing.
Here's my friend Itzel and Adam. Itzel isn't pregnant, she just ate a lot of tacos before coming to the dance:)
We're so glad to have such great friends. These guys are such a fun crowd. And they live super close to use too which is a plus. Can't wait till the next activity!

Dog Lovers

Odin and Ridge are such dog lovers! It's the high light of their day when we go to grandma's house on Sundays. Odin calls Butter "Buddy" which I think it's the cutest! He loves pretending that he is a puppy. Sometimes we have to watch him because he'll play a doggy role TOO well and will drink water out of their bowls just like them, yikes! (He's got a GREAT immune system now) Buddy and Gus love having little kids around.

Ridge loves dogs too! He just giggles and cracks up when Butter and Gus jump on him or sniff his toes.
Butter is a horse compared to Odin, but Odin is fearless.

Aren't these two the cutest together!

Here's a photo stolen from my sister in-law's Instagram since I couldn't find my own. I can't believe how big these two have gotten. Look at tiny Odin and tiny Butter, such great little friends :)
