My friend had a birthday party for her kids and invited everyone from church to go camping with them. She prepared dinner for everyone and it was so delicious.
The kids had an absolutely best time playing with friends out in nature.
The night was a bit chilly but we brought enough blankets and mostly slept comfortably. Camping is always funny how you go and purposefully act like you're homeless but there's something so refreshing about being outdoors in nature.
We all played games and had cake for the birthday kids.
My friend had a craft area that Annie was loving apparently.
The kids also painted rocks
She had lights and compasses for everyone. She really went all out and we all had the best time!

Then when I got down from the latter I saw she was making potions with food coloring and cake sprinkles.
This month I was also able to help with career day at David's school. Here we are practicing getting dressed like a nurse.
My mother in law has the whole family over for dinner every first Sunday of the month. My kids love getting to play with cousins.
Annie doesn't know how to take a bad picture. She is just so adorable.
Papa usually has the kids doing crafts for the refuges or some sort of service project.
I also got to meet up with my work friends this month. We have been friends since 2011 and it's been so great watching each other grow.
We started with no kids and now have a bunch of little ones running around.
We met up at a park and the kids had such a great time.
We are so grateful for all our friends. I'm so glad my kids are getting to grow up surrounded by such wonderful people.
