Spirit Day

Our first month of school is in the books. Lilah loves getting to hang out with her little friends each day and I love how much she is doing at school. Definitely makes it a little easier and less stressful to know that she is learning from someone else other than myself.

My sweet little David sleeping. I could kiss those cheeks all day.

8 months old

Lilah wanted to join in on brother's monthly picture.

This baby boy loves that binky. Binky plus mom equals a happy boy.

I love this picture Lilah took of me.

Squishy, delicious baby.

Lilah and I have made many meals together this month.

We have been having the best days lately. Lots of cooking, walks, and outside playing. I have been loving life lately!

Lilah enjoying a no bake cookie.

Mommy life. I love these two so much. I love that I get to stay home and play with them most days.

We love our days at the park.

I love this happy squishy baby waking me up in the mornings. He is the cutest alarm clock for sure.

David loves coming up here. He loves to play, play, play all day long.

These two have started playing more with each other and I love it.

Lilah made me breakfast in bed. So thoughtful!

I definitely have the cutest babies in all the land.

Lilah, you are absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!

This month we were able to participate in spirit week.
The first day Lilah dressed up as an old lady.

She was definitely the cutest, craziest old little lady i've ever seen.

The next day was crazy hair day

She looked so cute and funny with her crazy her.

David and I have really enjoyed our days home just the two of us. He has been wanting to be held alot lately which cuts into my cleaning time but we figured out a new system. He was more than happy to hang out in the baby backpack.

But we sure love when sister is home. Lilah asks for "Baby" as soon as I pick her up from school and David squeals with delight when I put Lilah into her car seat.

My mom gave David this little car for Christmas and David loves to climb up on it. He is the perfect height to sit on it.

For the last day of spirit week, Lilah put on her favorite sports shirt. Ofcourse we went with a BYU tee that grandma got for her.

Later on in the day, we went to Sams Club and Lilah still wanted to pose with her shirt.

Doing an after school activity.

It's been such an amazing month with these two. We have definitely found a new groove and have been loving life lately.

Disneyland with the Castillos

In January we had the opportunity to meet my cousin and her family at Disneyland.

Lilah loves her cousins and being able to meet them at Disneyland just made it that much better.

Once we got to Anaheim it took us about 2 hours to get into the park. The parking was crazy and being able to get into the park took so long. Thankfully the kids were having a good time even though we had to wait a long time in line to get in.

Cousins make the best of friends.

Even when you are old and have kids of your own.

I love the cute bond these two have.

Ofcourse Lilah wanted bubbles.

Standing in line is so much better when you have cousins to play with while you wait.

Can you tell Lilah was having a blast?

My aunt and uncle were there as well. It was nice being able to see them.

I feel like my aunt is like a second mom.

Lilah had such a great time, she didn't even make it to the car before falling asleep in daddy's arms.
