The rest of July was SO much fun. One day while Marcia was watching the kids, I went to the library to see if there was a book I could read. While I was there I discovered that they had activities for toddlers all month long. I am SO grateful I went in that day because it saved our entire month.
On Tuesdays and Thursdays they had free play from 1-3 and Lilah LOVED playing with all the kids. It makes me so happy when she is happy.
They had so many toys for her to play with.
We found some new friends too. These boys LOVED Lilah. Here they are trying to hug her while she tries to get away.
We also did lots of crafts at home and started a little preschool curriculum I bought a couple of months back.
Here's Lilah helping dad clean the chairs.
And this little boy holding his head up like it's nobody's business.
Another activity I found online.
She loves her brother and is learning how to be 'soft'
This was during reading time. I made some friends here too and even found a girl I went to high school with!
In July we also bought a new entertainment center. We had, had ours for 9 years!
David is the best baby!
Mike in the swimming pool with Lilah.
Lilah pushing his brother around in the stroller. This is one of the ways we keep him safe from big sister.
We usually try to go on one adventure once a week. This week we went to a playground at the mall. I was worried the whole time until Lilah found this cute group of girls who took her in and played with her like she was their little sister.
Here we are taking a break and eating some Chinese food before going back in for some more.
This girl was taking pictures of Lilah so I took a picture of her. These other ladies kept commenting about her walk. This girl walks into a room like she owns the place. She's always getting comments about the way she walks.
