11 months

Oh my sweet girl how time has flown! Lilah has become so active and always wants to go, go, go. She wants to explore everything and anything. Her favorite these days is making a mess. 

She still loves baths. She is getting so smart. I tell her she is not allowed to stand up while she is in the bathtub and sometimes she will do it while giving me the biggest smirk. She knows she's being naughty! So then I grab the towel and say, "ok let's go, you're done" and she'll hurry and sit back down and giggle. Then she'll do it all over again. She is so fun! 

She has gotten really good at getting all around the house. I even caught her climbing up the stairs the other day while I went to grab something from the upstairs bedroom. I didn't even know she could do that! 

She is the silliest girl and knows it. She is constantly making us laugh and smile with her quirky little personality. 

She is getting really smart when it comes to taking naps also. She refuses to nap in her crib for mom but will do so without a peep for dad. When I put her down for a nap she gets really close to me and will tuck her little hands on my chest and will prop her feet up on top of me. If I even think about moving or move a muscle she will open her eyes as if saying, "where do you think you are going" haha! I love napping right next to her and feeling her warm little body pressed against mine. I guess this is why I get nothing done around the house these days. 

Lilah loves playing with kids. Her little cousin Bentley came over to visit a couple weeks ago and she was loving watching him play.

At church since she's a little talker, I take her in to nursery to play with the other kids. I love watching her play. She loves this one kid and will follow him around. He's a little rough around the edges and is a little rough with the other kids but he treats Lilah so gentle. I love watching her play. 

Unfortunately Lilah got her first black eye :( Daddy forgot how mobile this little girl is and made the mistake of leaving her on the counter. I think daddy learned his lesson and has been so much more cautious now. 

Michael had to lock up the cabinets in the kitchen because we couldn't keep up with cleaning all the messes she was doing. 

And also because the cleaning supplies are under the sink. But she didn't really care about that, she just like taking out all the dishes and appliances. 

This was pretty much the only way I could make dinner, was by letting her make a mess. 

Lilah pretending she likes vegetables. 

With her foot on top of the table, ofcourse! 

It has been chilly lately so we haven't had as many trips to the park. We have been having to entertain ourselves indoors these days. 

Lilah has started sleeping on her tummy. She will actually move around more while she's asleep and get in different positions. This has been her favorite lately. 

She loves climbing on top of the dishwasher. Daddy has to stick his foot under the door so she doesn't break it. 

Lilah is almost done with nursing. She loves drinking her baba when it's time to go to bed. Except for she likes to turn her bottle upside down with the nipple pointing down. If you give it to her the right way, she'l make sure to correct you and turn the bottle around the way she likes it. 

Exploring every inch of the house. 

Not sure how she crawled in here but she got stuck and needed daddy to rescue her. 

She's getting better about eating different foods but still prefers her bottle. 

She is able to get up on furniture and holds on to move across the couch. 

She is a momma's girl for sure! She cries every time I have to leave the room or whenever someone else picks her up. She even cries with dad if I leave. 

She will no longer sit still for pictures and will wiggle around all over the place in order to escape. 

Changing her diaper and putting her clothes on has become quite the task! I usually have to put her diaper on while she is standing and put her clothes on while she's on the go. 

She is the happiest girl and smiles and giggles all day long. 

She LOVES to say hi to stranger. 

She is constantly getting compliments about her beautiful eyes and lashes. When we are at the store, she is told about every 4 isles. It usually starts with "has anyone ever told you how beautiful her eyes are?" or "look at those eyes!" or "her lashes are so long!". And Lilah just smiles at them. 

She is sleeping in her crib now. Daddy has the chore of taking her to her crib at night since she will cry and cry if I put her to sleep. 

She loves her cheeto veggie puffs. Those are her favorite right now. 

Her favorite toy this month is her train table and her little tepee. She will spend hours playing in there. 

She doesn't like fruit very much and will usually pit it up when I give it to her. 

She will say "mama" and pucker her lips while holding my feet if she wants to be picked up. 

She is getting more cuddly and will put her forehead on my cheek for a couple of seconds. 

She loves my phone and squeaks with excitement anytime she gets a hold of it. 

She thinks it's so funny to raise her arms up in the air. Momma taught her that and now she'll do it and look around the room to see who is looking at her. 

She loves celebrating everything she does and will clap while looking around the room to see who is watching her. She usually gets everyone clapping along with her. 

When she drinks her bottle, she loves rubbing her ear and will switch hands on her bottle in order to rub both ears. 

She does not enjoy the sippy cup and will push it away. 

She is in size 9 months clothes, weighs 15 pounds and wears size 1 shoes. She has small feet like her momma. 

She loves climbing on top of anything she can.

Lilah has two new teeth! 

She has two on top, two on the bottom, and is getting another one on the bottom as well. 

I love how separated her teeth are, hopefully as more come in they will come a little closer together. Either way I am already saving up for braces. 

Taking a big girl bath for the first time. 

Her little bum and bath time is my favorite. 

She loves putting those ring things in her mouth while she bathes. She does it every single time. 

Trying to get to my phone. She thinks she can defy gravity. 

She is the cutest thing I have ever seen. I just want to kiss her entire face while she sleeps. She usually slaps me away. 

Her hair is getting so long! I am loving putting little hair ties in it. My mom thinks this look is the funniest.

Visiting cousin Vanellope. 

Can't believe in a few short weeks we'll be celebrating this girl's birthday. Oh how we love her so, so much!
