I can't believe our little sweetie is 7 months. We have been so busy that this month really flew by. It like came out of no where! Lilah has learned so many new things this past month. It's crazy how fast she masters a new skill. I was looking at her little Instagram account I have for her and was amazed that I had posted a video about a month ago of her learning how to keep her head up for longer periods of time. Now she is rolling all over our living room.
Lilah has also learned to make new sounds. One of my favorites is when she says "mamama"
This month Lilah went to the beach and went on an airplane for the second time. She was a great little traveler.
Lilah has started to do this cheesy face. I can't figure out why she makes it but, she makes me laugh every time she does it. It's like she knows that I laugh so she'll do it on purpose.
Lilah has also started playing more with her toys. Her favorites are playing with non toys, ofcourse.
She loves clapping with her feet. It's the cutest!
She loves being able to sit up by herself. The world just seems more interesting that way.
She now weighs 13 lbs 9 oz and is 25.5 inches tall! She is small and petite but the doctor says she is growing according to her size.
She also has learned how to get mom's attention. It's so funny. She will do this fake cry and start laughing as soon as I pick her up. Silly girl!
(This is her fake crying below)
Lilah didn't even complain about getting her two lower teeth in. She was such a little trooper!
She has started to hold the bottle on her own. I am ready for her to master this new trick!
She did great eating her rice cereal.
Lilah was NOT a fan of the bananas.
I tried it with real bananas and she only took a couple of bites and then she was all done.
She really enjoyed the peas though.
She kept opening her mouth wide for more.
I hadn't put her in her swing in a while and realized that I definitely had to buckle her in and that she was big enough to play with the toys in front. I usually never put the toys on there because she would just lay there.
She is getting so tall she has kicked the wipies warmer off the changing table a couple of times.
This is the new face she makes. It's hilarious. I think her new teeth feel funny or something.
She makes it all the time now. I call it her turtle face.
She will make a 180 now in order to get to her toys. She still hasn't quite figured out the whole crawling thing. Maybe next month.
Tummy time is now big deal now. Also, she always has her little hands like this. Specially while i'm feeding her, it's so cute!
Sitting up with help.
I also attached the toy adapter to her bathtub since she is playing with it now. She used to not really acknowledge it.
This girl loves being held. She just wants to be held all the time now.
And she's so daing cute about it. It's hard not to give in.
I was trying to take a picture of her two little teeth and she didn't like that.
Just about to pop out while in New York.
She had her little finger in there the entire time.
I get SO many compliments about her ginormous lashes. She gets so many compliments about how beautiful her eyes are.
Lilah enjoyed her sweet potato.
Mommy makes a mess!
Eating a peach
Trying to pull herself up now. Gees girl slow down!
She hates when I try to take a picture of her teeth, but they are growing SO fast!
Trying rice cereal with some peas.
She LOVES going on walks.
Sitting up like a big girl for the first time at a restaurant.
Snoozing on our way to New York. The people in front of us said, "I didn't even know there was a baby behind us!"
In Palmyra before the pageant.
Getting compliments from the ladies serving food. She gets compliments any where she goes and she always thanks them with that cute smile of hers.
Lilah in Niagara Falls.
I think she was picking her nose here.
Lilah on top of the Empire State Building
She fell asleep like this on the subway, haha! She was so comfortable.
Lilah in Central Park.
Lilah's first time in a pool.
Lilah's first time at the beach.
Lilah LOVES to talk. She is always SO loud at church. This was a day I had to take her by myself because daddy had to work. Mike has to take her by himself also when I work. People around us just smile at us.
I LOVE having a girl to dress on Sundays
Lilah in front of the Statue of Liberty.
I can't believe we've had this healthy, happy girl for another month. I always pray that she spreads joy to those around her and I see my prayers being answered every day. I love watching you grow and learn new things my baby girl!
